Nylon plastic products often undergo oxidation and discoloration when they come in contact with air at high temperatures, and they are easy to absorb moisture in the air and expand. During the humidity control treatment, the newly demolded product can be placed in hot water, and the temperature can be controlled at 80~100℃. The time depends on the product wall thickness, shape, plastic variety and crystallinity. Reinforced nylon products can improve the flexibility and toughness of plastic parts by adjusting the humidity, and improve the mechanical properties.
Naming method of nylon plastic varieties:
1. Nylon synthesized by lactam condensation is called nylon X or PAX. For example, nylon 6 is formed by condensation of amino acids or caprolactams containing 6 carbon atoms.
