The heating tube is broken! If it cannot be heated, first check whether the heating AC contactor is burned out and not energized, then check whether the heating tube is burned out, and finally whether the thermostat itself is broken! In combination with the drying temperature of the raw materials, the temperature that will not agglomerate near the shield separator should be considered. With actual experience, it will flow and fall into the molding machine. When the temperature is too high, the raw materials will flow through the shield separator near the high heat and agglomerate to block the raw materials. Circulation will cause malfunction.
It will heat, but the set temperature is not reached, usually the heating tube is broken! If it cannot be heated, first check whether the heating AC contactor is burned out and not energized, then check whether the heating tube is burned out, and finally whether the thermostat itself is broken!
There are several possible reasons:
1. The AC contactor is damaged
2. The temperature controller is damaged/set error
3. The heating rod of the dryer is damaged
4. Line failure
If it is not heating up at all, check method:
Check whether the temperature controller has a heating indicator. If there is a heating indicator, the AC contactor is normally closed, generally the heating rod is damaged;
If the AC contactor does not pull in, check whether the coil of the AC contactor is energized, so as to check whether the AC contactor is damaged, or the line or the temperature controller is damaged.
If the coil is energized and the AC contactor is not closed, the AC contactor is damaged, otherwise it is a temperature controller or wiring problem.
If it is the latter, the temperature can be raised, but it cannot reach the set temperature. For example, if it is set to 100, it will not go up to 90. The most likely reason is that the phase is missing or the heating rod is partially damaged. The inspection method is similar. First, check whether the contactor is closed normally, and measure the voltage at the output terminal of the contactor. If the voltage is normal, it can be determined that the heating rod is damaged. |
