When the dryer is used, it will not be heated or reachable. Setting the temperature will cause problems. What are the reasons for this situation?
First of all, let's talk about the main reason why plastic drying is not heated. For example, the actual temperature of the plastic dryer is 56 degrees, and the set temperature is 95 degrees, which cannot reach the required temperature. At this point we open the lid above the plastic dryer.
Check whether the heating contactor is closed. After opening the power distribution cabinet, you can see that the contactor is not actually closed, but there is a heating signal output on the control panel (the heating indicator is on, indicating that it is working). The best solution to the situation is to use the voltage measurement method. The voltage measurement method can quickly find the fault, and the root cause will be clearer wherever it is.
The specific steps to check the voltage are:
Use a voltmeter to measure whether there is 220 volts on the contactor, and whether there is 220 volts on the upper end of the auxiliary head of the fan, and then measure whether there is a voltage output on the control board? If there is no voltage output at this time, you can suspect that the relay is not contacted well. At this time, use the tool (change knife) in your hand to tap the connection line a few times. This is correct from the original judgment. Measuring voltage is a fast and accurate method.
2. If the above is normal and no such situation occurs, continue to check whether the heating tube is broken. If it does not heat up, check whether the heating tube is burned out.
3. If there is no heating, first check whether the heating AC contactor is burned out and not energized, then check whether the heating tube is burned out, and finally whether the thermostat itself is broken, combined with the drying temperature of the raw materials, you need to consider the separation of the shield The temperature near the filter is not agglomerated, according to actual experience, flow and fall into the molding machine. When the temperature is too high, the raw material will flow through the high heat near the shield separator and agglomerate to block the flow of raw materials, which will cause failure.
